45rpm-records Accommodating roadmap on Bobby Hutcherson

I absolutely loved the recipes in the book. We bought it for a friend but flipping through it found a recipe we just had to try!! (Aspargus with quinoa). Great new cooking ideas with different herbs & flavors. Bought for a guy but is truly made for a woman as well! This reminds me, I need to order one for myself.

Jazz suggestions? please read the details.?
I am desperate for help. Lately, I have been diggin’ the albums I have listed below. I do not know of others with the same Bobby Hutcherson sound. The best description I know of is “post-bop”. If you are familiar with any of the music I have listed, and know of more thats likened to it, please notify me.Andrew Hill-Point of DepartureBooker Ervin-Space BookEric Dolphy-Out TherePrince Lasha and Sonny Simmons-FirebirdsBobby Hutcherson-ComponentsTony Williams-Lifetime.Thanks.

Bobby flay has some interesting recipes. This book has a lot of great grilling ideas.

I’ve only delved into about 20% of the book thus far; being a creature of habit, I find it hard to want to cede/improve what I find to be unimpeachable.

To be as blunt as I can, and try to condense my overall experience into one thought, the Pressed Cuban Burger is the best burger I have ever eaten. After being introduced to this burger when I was visiting a friend in Seattle, I immediately purchased the book upon returning home. My friend had the luxury of experience with this recipe, though I was able to match around 90% on the first attempt. Since then, I really have no desire to make another burger. -Everyone- wants to know the recipe after tasting.

It’s an interesting book but nowadays, the good books have more photos than this one.
Although it’s a good book and worth the money.

I love the look of the Dale Jr. scanner and headset. I hate the scanner itself. I took the scanner to the Bristol Race last weekend. I could not pick up the local race frequency. I could only tune in to a few drivers. Most of all, general reception was horrible. This item should have never been sponsored by NASCAR or their drivers. You can get a great scanner, with great reception at radioshack for $99.99. NASCAR should have just sold the headsets, without the scanner.

I purchased these for my husband and he was very disappointed. The ear pieces kept falling out of his ears. I would not recommend this product.

Normally I review STRICTLY books…but this product annoyed me so much, I had to review it. I took this scanner to the Martinsville race this past weekend and was VERY disappointed. I was under the impression the headset was attached to the scanner, but instead you get a cheap pair of headphones that are inserted into your ears, and the earmuffs go over them to muffle the noise.

Well, throughout the race the earpieces kept falling out of my ears, and I spent pretty much all of the race trying to adjust them so I could hear. And the signal was very poor. While I picked up the local radio stations with clarity, the race stations were muffled and kept cutting out. Luckily I have an extra race headset, and am hoping that it’ll work with the scanner.

Also, whenever you change the batteries, you need to re-program all the drivers back into the scanner. This REALLY made me mad seeing as how I had to change batteries in the middle of the race, then sit there and re-program in 30-something drivers while also trying to pay attention to the race that I paid to see.

Overall, I can’t believe Nascar approved these scanners. They are poorly constructed, and are pretty much glorified walkmans. If I wanted a walkman, I wouldn’t have paid $149 for one. Hopefully I can use it with a real headset, but we’ll see. The only thing this scanner has going for it is that it looks good, but in the end, I’m just really unhappy with this product.

I had this scanner at the track this past weekend and was very disappointed!! You couldn’t make out what was said by the driver/crew and I had the volume all the way up. The radio station the race was on didn’t even come in clear. May be a problem with the antenna?
