Crippling back pain affecting the nerve?
Hey, I’m 23 years old, and I have suffered with a lower back pain for nearly 8 weeks now, I originally twisted it while at the park, and ended up needing an ambulance, with pain meds and rest it came right. But 7 days later I twisted it again…same treatment, same results…7days later I twisted while pushing my Son up a hill (on an angle) This time it has not gotten better. I was admitted to hospital after a fall, and after crippling spasms. I was in hospital for 3 days, during which I was on a morphine click machine, plus oxynorm, and diazepam. 45 Record Insert While there I had an ‘accident’ twice, and then was completly unable to pass fluids, a doctor did an ultrasound and said my spleen was ‘record-breaking’ but I did not need to ‘go’ A catheter was inserted and I was taking to the city for an MMRI which I was unable to complete properly as I was unable to lay flat on the wooden board. The doctors said I have a minor ‘protruding’ disc from what they could see. That was 3 weeks ago and without crutches I can barely make it 6 steps. They said that a chiropractors/physio would not help me.I have had no pain down my legs, and was severely uncomfortable in the sitting/lying position that, quote “normal” back pain sufferers find comforting. I prefered to be in a sitting position at a 45 degree angle, which they cannot understand. I have a very high pain threshold but this is flooring agony. I have got ‘used’ to the pain, and am able to perform basic daily activities as a result.I had a disagreement with my GP, and I am afraid to go back to her, or the practice, we live very rural and so have no other alternative.Please Help me, I cannot stand this pain any longer, I really can’t, I’m prepared to do ANYTHING to stop this agony.
