I put this antenna on the rooftop of a house in Bronx, NY and I launched the TV channel scan. I can’t believe the clarity and reception I have received. I am about 9 – 12 miles from all the tv stations and they are blasting into my TV receiver.
I recomment this antenna to everyone in a major city and its close surroundings.
What is a mildly cheap turntable?
I recently scored a great deal on a full stereo set, it included a 5 cd changed, a dual cassette player (with high speed dubbing), AM/FM tuner, the amplified for it all, and of course, to put the cherry on the top; a very nice Sony Turn table with 2 speeds; the common 33 1/3 and then the other common, 45. Sadly, I ran a test (after noticing bad sound quality) Rca 45 Rpm Record Players on it and realized it spun at approximately 29 /12 RPM, causing bad distortion in the record. I checked the motor and belt and neither of them looked damage – not that I know for sure since I am not completely familiar with Record Players.I just assumed the Motor was not functioning right, and I was told getting my turn table fixed would cost as much as buying a new one, so, I have been on the search for a somewhat cheap turntable. It needs to have RCA cables to connect into my amplifier, and needs to be thin to be able to fit in stereo case that all the equipment came in. (not like laptop-thin, but you know, nothing humongous). Aside from that, I only use 12″ vinyls, and don’t plan on owning and 45s, so so long as it can play 12″ vinyls – at the correct speed – I am fine with that.

This RCA ANT751 Outdoor Antenna Optimized for Digital Reception antenna is awesome. Live in Florida. first only got two channels after tying it up like a horse mounting the mass to the roof. The antenna comes with everything as seen in picture as advertised on amazon except for the screws which mount the mass to the roof. So you will need four screws 4 inch screws from your local hardware store if you plan to mount it to the rafter of your roof. After I received the screws the following day I changed the antenna to the opposite end of the house and got 40 channels after mounting it correctly. It even allow some of my Sony analogue Tv to get signal only 1 channel all the other channels just get sound and seems look scrambled. That’s mostly because of the digital transition turnaround.Channels I am able t pick up with the RCA ANT751 Outdoor Antenna Optimized for Digital Reception antenna got is PBS, CBS, This, Qubo /IE, fox 29 /1 and 2, weather channel(I just local weather alone seems to be some analogue network),FOX. NBC, ABC,WXEL and WXEL.DT and 2,CREATE, with Donna Dewberry, Animal planet,SOME Spanish cartoon CHANNEL has a logo like a rainbow but no letters, also get Univision, Trinity christian network, ION 1 and 2(ion (life),some Spanish HD channel, great soap opera/ Novela with Maricella and Alejandro not sure what channel it is?,then I also get V-Me, CSPAN, some Malasian tv network, also get NJN, AETN, and UNC-TV but sound comes and goes better signal at night but the caption works fine so I can tell what is going on in the channel, Qubo does that sometime too. Don’t know why? Can hear WPB but no picture it may be some kind of radio station. don’t know. Also get S.FL (shows Jerry Springer), The WFLX DT 29-2 but only show a logo and the time so far,and get another Spanish network call YA, and another HD CHANNEL WITH A TRIANGLE AND ANOTHER SOLID TRIANGLE INSIDE.This Spanish channel. Anyway that is a roundup on what kind of reception I am getting in WPB Florida. Great antenna great price….. got it at the following link http://www.amazon.com
Get all the channels in Denver and the HD is great! Even purchased a second one for our other home.
I purchased this based on many of the product reviews. I am not happy with this antenna. I cannot pick up all the channels in my area, I am able to pick up 3 PBS channels, rain storms or cloudy days one of my channels has reception problems, this one is a major network channel. I would purchase one with an auto rotor in the future
Very pleased with this product. We now get all our local channels clearly! Couldn’t be happier! Highly Recommended.
Don’t waste your time with this TV. I bought it because the price was too good to pass up for a 1080p 32″ HDTV, but I was sorely disappointed when I plugged it in. Maybe I got a lemon, but it the picture was busted. There was an image, but it was like you were looking through thermal imaging goggles, except that everything was blue and green. It’s hard to describe, but just know that it was unwatchable. Thinking the problem may be my receiver, I tried another receiver and my Xbox, all with the same crazy picture.
Needless to say, I returned this the same day I got it. Don’t waste your time.
