I bought two of these at JCPenney and the DVD player quit working on both of them within days. One of them started smoking when I placed the DVD on hold for a minute. They have both been returned and it’s no longer available on the website, most likely due to multiple returns.

What do I need to adapt 1/4 inch TRS mic to 3.5mm mic?
Hey,I recently got my hands on a pretty nice microphone along with a small karaoke machine. I could care less about the Digital Karaoke Jukeboxes machine, but I want to use the microphone for digital recording. I really don’t know what I need to be able to plug it into a standard laptop mic jack.I’m fairly sure that it has a 1/4 inch TRS plug in.
