Just received it and it works fine, right away. I have a external 30GB laptop hard drive hooked up to it. I have an 2010 AUDI A4. I know other people have had problems with this device in a Audi Q7. I found on the Audi forums where there is software upgrade to posibly fix any issues. I’m guessing whatever device you have connected will have to be able to run from the USB 5VDC and not be dependant on an external power source.

help photoshopping this type of speaker?

    DONT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE A Q7 AUDI IT FITS THE CONNECTION AND IT CHARGES THE IPOD BUT THE CAR AUDIO SYSTEM DOESN’T RECOGNIZE THE IPOD
