
Love the product.. We can email instead of handwriting and Grandma can get news sooner rather than later (shes pretty deaf so phoning isn’t a good option)!
However I would always recommend setting up the machine at home to test… and on a weekday.
We visited Grandma (3 hrs away) on a Saturday and couldn’t get the machine to work.
Tried calling customer service only to find out they are a Mon-Fri operation.
Seems like Sat/Sun coverage would be a really good idea, no?
Luckily we were staying on, so we called back on a weekday, followed the tests to discover we had a faulty machine.
They sent us another no charge and a couple of weekends later we took it over to Grandmas, set it up again and we were good to go. They even credited our 2 week downtime.
Now that its going… all is good and Grandma is very happy!
