I was very pleased to receive this item. The inside is well padded with a nice deep purple lining that looks like fleece. The black and white part of the outside is vinyl (I think) or at least some kind of plastic that is easy to clean. It also comes with a strap. The back of the bag is solid black and a heavy duty nylon. My Macbook fits nicely in this sleeve. It’s a great product!
This sleeve is just that – a sleeve. If you buy this with the intention of having a lightweight yet protective sleeve for your laptop, you won’t be disappointed. If you want room for a power cord or accessories, you don’t want a “sleeve”, you want a laptop case of a different sort. The pattern is attractive and the strap is sturdy and adjustable. In my opinion, a sleeve has limited use for quick trips and I almost always want my power cord, but that doesn’t make this sleeve warrant less than a perfect 5-stars for being really good at what it was made for.
I purchased this sleeve for transporting my Macbook around. The case itself looks very nice and it does provide some padding, unlike some cases which don’t provide any. I haven’t used it with the attachable strap yet but I’m sure it comes in handy. Usually I just throw it in to a backpack. Overall I am pleased with this product.
