
mine started having probs within the warranty(like 2 months or so). i called for a rma and the dude said it was on the way. a month or 2 went by and i got nothing. the warranty was up now. when i called they denied that i ever even called. they wouldnt help me at all. the machine didnt work at all at this point. they basically were calling me a liar. horrible pr. so i tried to fix it myself. took it apart. and found a stupid battery design. its a frickin bag battery??? i live in the mountains. and what happens to bags at high altitudes? they expand. this battery bag did just that. and broke the machine. i called the company the first time cuz i saw cracks on the outside and had never ever came close to dropping it. 700 bucks is not gonna be thrown around by me. so i called back and told them what i found and they still said i never called them before the warranty and this is BS. they would not budge even though it was a design flaw. thanx archos for stealing 700 dollars from me. ive
