mini-jukebox Free inviting hints on mp3 Jukebox Car

I purchased this car charger for my road trip from Seattle to Dallas. The charger does charge the Zen. No problem there, though the charger does get hotter than I would like it to.
My main gripe is when I am charging my Zen while using my FM transmitter. You end up getting awful interference, ear piercing. It was so bad I would only charge my Zen when stopping to take a break from driving or when getting something to eat. Basically defeats the purpose of using it while on a long road trip.

Why doesn’t an MP3 CD play on a standard CD player?
I used the Free Jodix covert WMA to MP3. In the folder, it was listed mp3 Jukebox Car as an MPEG file. Then I went to Sonic and made a Jukebox CD. I went to this MPEG folder and added the music. The Sonic program listed them as MP3’s. I was able to load 87 songs on 1 CD. Why doesn’t this play on car or standard CD players?

It does not work on my Creative Zen W 30 GB. Maybe I got a defective one, although the charger’s light turn on when I plug it in, but it just does not charge my device.

This product allows me to mount my iPhone 3gs or my creative zen vision w.

It is great and has a great grip.

The only thing that bothers me is that it shakes as i drive.

other than that it is perfect.

I bought several similar products in the store… one particular “name brand” item had to be returned 3 times because it kept breaking. I finally gave up on that item and bought this – for LESS THAN HALF the price. The item holds up well and can be easily moved to other vehicles. It works perfectly for supporting my phone, mp3 player, GPS unit, satellite radio, etc. The suction cup holds tightly and I have not had one instance where it has fallen off. The flexible arm works great for positioning. Great product, great price.

I bought this mount for a Zen Vision M. The mount holds the player securly, and the suction cup grips well, even in below freezing temps. The only thing I did not like was that the notch in the support for the bottom of the player is not wide enought for the dongle to be attached which is where my car charger attaches. Feels flimsy, but seems to preform well.

This is a great item for someone who spends a lot of time in the car. I do about 2 hours a day and now I never listen to radio. RF stumbled a bit with the software but somehow left a hole in which the open source community blasted through and provided replacement software for the unit. Fixes have also been made to the PC side software but because of the unit’s new programming, PC software is optional. The drive is removable and connects via USB. Using openfi (the aforementioned open source alternative) you can drag and drop and rock and roll. If you are like me and love the geek factor that overnight automatic wifi updates provide you will have to install Simple Center and it’s updates to your PC.
In the end, you can easily cram 3500 songs on it. I currently have 600 using up just over 3 of the 20 gigs available. Playlists, shuffle play, grouping by artist, album and even genre are supported. If you don’t drive a whole lot then I would look elsewhere… but for the price it’s nearly a steal.
Loses a star because of buggy included software. Otherwise she’s a champ.

This product has made driving much more fun and safe. I have a very small car and can’t store many cds in the car since there isn’t much storage spage, so this product makes life very nice.

The Openfi software also is very nice and is always being upgraded.

This system is really nice. Its easy to find the songs you want to play plus you can symply make a playlist with the included Software. I’d recommend it.
