The item was well packaged so that it did not bounce around in the shipping box. Arrived in great condition and shipped quickly. I have used a number of these ink cartridge/paper kits, and they produce high-quality photos, even better than most of the local photo machines at stores. Also, you don’t have to go out in nasty weather and wait in line to edit/print your photos. I would highly recommend the product. It would be nice if Lexmark would lower the prices on most of its ink cartridges, especially for those of us who use many of them.
