As advertised. These ink cartridges are identical to the originals, and appear to be just as well constructed and sturdy. I ordered them for back-stock (to replace original manufacturer cartridges which I won’t buy again due to REDICULOUS price). Since I haven’t installed them yet (and the inkjet machine is my All in One, color printer which I only use on occasion) ……….. it may be a while before I can come back in and rate the quality of the ink / printing job with these.
Great seller, though – and the cartridges arrived in super fast time, and in eco-friendly shipping container.
Which of the following is not equivelant to 78/45?

This was an unopened original twin package of color/ B & W ink cartridges that was more than $10 off regular price you find in stores. Love finding items like this on Amazon..especially since I go through ink so quickly on my printer.
I was a bit thrown in the beginning because the item shown when purchasing is the original HP ink in the original packaging. This item does NOT come like that. It’s separately boxed, and from what it looks like, it was a cartridge that was just refilled. Honestly, I don’t really care. It’s for my printer at home, and it does just as good of a job as the original printer cartridge that I had, for way less money. I will definately buy again.
I sent emails to seller in an attempt to cancel or change order before the product was shipped. My printer died and I purchased a new one. The seller ingnored emails and shipped anyway with the only contact made about shipping. Judging from the other reveiws of this product I should have known better. I will not purchase from them again.
Not all of them are working 100%, could print 56 color pages with one of the color cartridges but the second one was not good, colors did not come out right. Was still cheaper as in some shops. I guess it’s a lottery.
AMAZON would like me to contact the supplier before putting this negative comment up. That is a waste of time and effort. I just ordered; and received; and installed; and used flawlessly; HP original equipment replacement cartridges. The remanufactured ones from TonerPals gave poor printing results and I have disposed of them appropriately. ‘nuf said about that! I, like others here, should have known better. I am now being pressured by TonerPals to change the review of their company because they sent it in the time limit set on ordering. In my opinion you rate the company by the products they sell. ‘nuf said about that too!!
The color cartridge would not print. The print head came off with the tape. This could not have been tested. Sent a replacement that worked.
These HP 45 & 78 cartridges work just as good as the original HP cartridges and cost less than 1/2 the original cartidges.
The seller sent me one of two ink cartridges in error. When contacted, they were prompt in making corrections and communicating with me.
I was a little concerned about purchasing a remanufactored ink cartridge for my HP printer after so many problems with a local store’s product but I have to say that I am overwhelmed with the quality and fast delivery from this company.
I ordered the cartridges on 1/13 and recieved them 1/15. Only 2 days and they were shipped from KS and I live in Nevada.
I popped the cartridges in, the printer ran the alignment page and everything printed perfectly.
No spots, no streaks, perfect!
I have an older HP 960 Inkjet printer and I will recommend this company, Sophiaglobal, to all my friends.

I had an HP1215 printer and the Black Cartridge exploded inside the printer after it had been printing for only a couple of weeks of very light use. The ink flooded the main board and shorted everything out. The ink leaked out of the printer and made a huge mess. So even though the price of the cartridge was great – it ruined my printer.
The turnaround from order to receiving was incredibly quick. I did not use express shipping.
I received new cartridges as indicated, not recycled.
The price was unbeatable.
I will be using this company again for my computer/printing needs.
very satisfied with product , prompt delivery, and functional. I don’t do massive printing jobs and this is quite adequate for my needs.I must add that I bought the refurbished set.
Refurbished cartridges as GOOD AS NEW ones. No problems at all with either the black or color inks. We recommend these for anyone who is Earth / eco friendly. The company we purchased ours from is eco-friendly in their packaging and principles, plus they have wonderful customer service.
This is great price for HP820Cxi deskjet ink (local price is $40 just for Black!). But the black ink comes out too heavily and color printing is an unacceptable mess. But what can you do? At $40 for one black cartridge, HP ink is sadly a deliberate rip off.
