We bought 4 of these mp3 players as gifts for young children, and so far they are a HUGE HIT with everyone child that recieved one, including our own 6yr old son! It’s easy to operate, Super easy to load your music (just plug it in to your computer, and when it opens it’s files automatically, just drag and drop your existing mp3 or wav files onto it!), and of course the Spongebob design is simply too cool. One thing we don’t understand though, is that it comes with REALLY BIG ear buds as headphones,, They are even too large for most adults! But we substituted them with our own child sized headphones and everything is just dandy now. We LOVE that it has limited volume for the kids, they can’t hurt their little ear drums even if they crank it up! This is even a good mp3 player for older toddlers and preschoolers that aren’t savvy with electronics yet,, as you can clip it to their clothes or use the included lanyard to use as a necklace, turn it on for them and hit shuffle, and let

I placed the non-biodegradable version of this product on my wish list. Now I notice it was replaced by the newer biodegradable version: 200 Flents Wipe N Clear Lens Cleaning Cloths. The biodegradable lens cloths are extremely inferior to the older ones. They don’t clean as well. The pre-moistening agent dries up too fast; perhaps the biodegradable wrapper is not as air-tight as the old version. Therefore the lenses do not become clean. They only become smeared. I informed the company of this problem, which I encountered with two different purchases from two different sources, but the company response was lackluster at best. Too bad. The older product was a godsend for people who aren’t always near a water source.
Ordered 2 of these for our grandkids, one worked the other didn’t.
The kids really like it though.
BOB works just as I expected. It’s simple enough for my 6 year old to use and secure enough that my 14 year old can’t crack it. I like that I can designate time by the day or week. It’s nice to have programmable blackout times.
I give each kid just 30 minutes per day. When they do all their chores, they can have more time. The kids are doing more non-TV activities.
I use BOB in conjunction with Norton’s Online Family program to have complete control over how much screen time the kids get on our TV and all our PC’s.
BOB made it easy to effectively monitor and control my teenage boys video game time. Program in the info and off you go.
For responsible parents who need help multitasking while they’re home, BOB is fantastic! My 3 kids hate BOB! It doesn’t matter how much they whine or pitch a fit, BOB’s not going to give them another 30 minutes of tv. They can’t just sit quietly while I’m distracted making dinner or on the phone and get away with 2 hours of tv! I love it.
For all the people who think they can plug this in and leave for the day, kids aren’t stupid. Of course they can figure out how to unplug it, etc. Be a responsible parent and this is an excellent assist.
We have Bob for over 3 months now and we are totally satisfied with it. Our boys learned to manage their tv/video time judiciously and when the time is up, there’s no arguments AND they start doing other things together — like play in the backyard! We love it. Only regret? Not finding this product sooner.
this is a pretty cool game for a child, plus every little kid loves spongebob.
it seems too advanced for the age group it says. my daughter can’t seem to get very far on it, and it says that it should be for her age.

The game is fine but we have gone threw 3 v-smile cyber pockets. The systems suck!!!! Each broke within days/hours of having them. My son is 4 years old and doesn’t abuse the system. [...]
So as soon as I saw this New Yorker jacket I knew I had to have it. Now that it has arrived I love it even more than I thought I would from the picture. The jacket is sturdy and well constructed. It has the feel of an expensive designer purse – perfect,even stitching, smooth leather and luxurious fabric. This jacket is so much better than the original M-Edge pebbled leather cover that I bought for my Kindle over a year ago (that I paid more for by the way). I would HIGHLY recommend this product! If you like the way it looks, you’ll love the way it feels in your hands!
I know that other reviews have mentioned a problem with the slot for the M-Edge light. My light never really fit in my other M-Edge cover – I think there was a flaw in my particular cover. So I don’t really mind the light not being on the interior since that prevented me from completely closing my old cover anyway.
I love my New Yorker Kindle cover! It fits great and adds color!! It is made very well, but when I am throwing it in my purse, I put the kindle bag over it all. I am very pleased with the quality of material and with how securely it holds my Kindle. Thanks M-Edge for giving my Kindle a little pizazz.
I love my new yorker jacket cover! It makes the kindle have the feel of a book.all the bright colors and the scene on the front give it the look of a book also. I looked at all of the covers and this one was the one I kept going back to.If I could change anything I would like to have a pocket on the inside front cover to keep a list or notes.My husband bought me the kindle for valentines day and my son bought the jacket for mothers day and its the best gifts I’ve ever had and I tell them constantly.
I was super excited to get this product. I have another m-edge cover and was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of that product. I purchased the New Yorker cover on impulse after seeing how attractive the design was.
My complaint is in the quality/ durability of the cover. My ideal cover offers protection for the Kindle. This cover is very soft and the artwork would be easily snagged. If I kept my Kindle at home, this product would be great. But since I throw it in my bag and go, this one won’t cut it. The New Yorker cover is not tough enough for everyday use.
