I was so excited to take this out of the box, and as soon as I played the first 15 seconds of one of my records I started packing the unit back up. The speakers are AWFUL and the sound is harsh, strident and completely distorted. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed.

Hi, I am a single Mother buying a home and I just want to make sure I am not getting taken advantage of since I know nothing about the normal fees associated with buying a home. The purchase price of the foreclosure was 115,000 which I am paying with a 0 Down Usda loan. The Bank has agreed to pay up to 6,900 in Closing costs which I thought would cover all costs on my end. Now the Loan Officer says I will have to 45 Record Appraisals pay an additional 2,000 to cover all of the closing costs. So, now my total loan amount is 119,340.
